Question 2

How is the cleaning price calculated?

Accepted Answer

Your price depends on: Square footage Number of bedrooms and bathrooms Current condition of your home Pets living in the home Type of cleaning How often you'd like us to come Any extra services you need Fill out our quick form or text us at (352) 534-5554 with a few details, and we'll send you a free estimate.

Question 3

Why does the first cleaning take longer and cost more?

Accepted Answer

Dirt that's been sitting for a while takes extra time and effort to remove. Your first visit is a full reset, so your home is truly clean, not just tidy. After that, regular cleanings are quicker and cost less.

Question 4

What's included in a standard cleaning?

Accepted Answer

In every standard cleaning, we take care of the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas: dusting, wiping down surfaces, cleaning sinks, counters and toilets, and vacuuming and mopping the floors. As a bonus, we always do a light tidy-up: taking out the trash, folding towels, and putting things back in their place. See our full checklist here.

Question 5

What's the difference between a standard and a deep cleaning?

Accepted Answer

A standard cleaning keeps your home fresh between visits. A deep cleaning adds extra detail: we also wipe down baseboards, doors, ceiling fans, cabinet fronts, and window sills, dust the blinds, vacuum upholstered furniture, and remove buildup like soap scum on tiled shower walls. It's a great choice for a first visit, a seasonal refresh, or before a special occasion.

Question 6

Do you offer additional services like linen change or laundry?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We change the linens on one bed at no extra charge - just leave fresh bedding out on the bed. For an additional fee, we also offer laundry and folding, inside the fridge and oven, interior windows, inside cabinets, organizing, and more. Just let us know what you need when you book.

Question 7

Will the same cleaner come every time?

Accepted Answer

For recurring cleanings, yes! We assign you a dedicated cleaner, so you always see a familiar face you know and trust in your home - no strangers at your door. Your cleaner gets to know your home and how you like things done. If they're ever unavailable, we have a backup cleaner who's fully briefed on your home and preferences, and we'll give you a heads-up.

Question 8

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We serve St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Tampa, North Tampa, and nearby areas. Not sure if we cover your neighborhood? Just send us your ZIP code through our quick form or text us at (352) 534-5554, and we'll let you know.

Question 9

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Many of our clients leave us a door code or a key and go about their day. Stay home or head out - whatever works best for you.

Question 10

How should I prepare for the cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Just pick up any clutter so we can reach the surfaces, and make sure we can get in (door code, key, or lockbox). If you'd like us to change the linens, leave fresh bedding on the bed. That's it - we'll take care of the rest! Pro tip: many of our clients toss their bath mats in the wash that morning, so we can lay fresh ones down after cleaning the bathroom.

Question 11

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

Accepted Answer

We bring all the supplies and equipment we need, so you don't have to worry about a thing. If you'd like us to use specific products or your own mop or vacuum, just mention it when you book.

Question 12

Accepted Answer

We love pets! Just let us know about your furry family members when you book. We pay extra attention to pet hair and always wipe down the feeding area, since that's where messes tend to build up.

Question 13

When and how do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Payment is due right after your cleaning is finished. We accept Zelle, Venmo, cash, and bank transfer. Credit cards are also accepted with a small convenience fee.

Question 14

Since we reserve that time just for you, changes made less than 24 hours before your cleaning come with a $50 late cancellation fee to help cover the lost work time.

Question 15

What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?

Accepted Answer
